What the evening looks like
Some rooms are beautiful until the band starts and the lights go down. This package keeps the band clearly lit for guests and photographers, adds depth behind the stage with vertical pixel bars, and wraps the room in colour so the dance floor does not feel like an afterthought.
It is programmed before we arrive, with a saved scene for the live set and another for the party, so the change is a button rather than a scramble at the side of the stage. The two RCF tops carry the band’s front of house sound; the band brings its instruments and backline, and its own desk and monitors unless they are added to the quote.
