1. Equipment Hire Terms

  • All hired equipment remains the property of Go Jam Productions.
  • The hirer is responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is returned.
  • The hirer must inspect the equipment upon delivery and notify Go Jam Productions immediately of any damage or faults. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that the equipment is in full working condition.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was hired. Any damage or loss will be charged to the hirer at the replacement or repair cost.
  • Late returns will incur additional charges, agreed upon in the rental contract.

2. Payment and Fees

By hiring equipment or services from Go Jam Productions, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit, payable at the time of booking.
  • The balance of payment is due prior to delivery or at the time of collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments must be made in full by the agreed due date. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.

3. Delivery and Collection

We offer delivery and collection services for all equipment rentals. Terms include:

  • The hirer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the equipment.
  • Any additional delivery charges due to incorrect information or failure to receive equipment will be passed to the hirer.
  • Collection arrangements must be made at the time of booking. Failure to return or make the equipment available for collection may incur additional charges.

4. Use of Equipment

All equipment is hired on the condition that it will be used safely and responsibly. The hirer agrees to:

  • Ensure that all equipment is used according to the instructions provided.
  • Only allow qualified personnel to handle or operate the equipment when required (e.g., sound engineers).
  • Not make any modifications to the equipment without written consent from Go Jam Productions.
  • Use the equipment only for the purpose for which it is intended.

5. Liability

Go Jam Productions will not be held liable for any damages or injury resulting from the use or misuse of hired equipment. The hirer agrees to:

  • Indemnify Go Jam Productions from any claims arising from the use of the equipment during the hire period.
  • Accept full responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment and any consequences that arise from its use.

6. Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the following terms:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.
  • For cancellations made more than 7 days before the event, a full refund will be issued, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, and additional fees may apply.

7. Force Majeure

Go Jam Productions is not liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region or location.

9. Amendments
