We price our kit to be competitive, but if you have a lower written quote for the same item, from a UK hire company, send it to us before you book. We will match it where we can.

What we need

  • The other company's written quote or a link to the advertised price.
  • The same item and specification, for the same hire dates and duration.
  • The same delivery and collection terms, or a note of what they charge.

What we match

  • The hire price for a like-for-like item. We will not swap in a lower-grade box to beat a price.
  • Delivery, where the other quote includes it. Our own delivery charge applies where it does not.
  • One quote per booking, against a current offer open to the public.

What we cannot match

  • Auction, marketplace or second-hand listings, or prices that are not available to everyone.
  • Quotes for equipment we do not stock, or for dates when our kit is already booked.
  • Damage waivers, crew, operators or setup charged separately by the other company unless those are included in their figure.

Send the quote with your event date and venue through our contact form, or reply to the quote we send you. We will confirm in writing before you pay a deposit.
