Sennheiser EW-D Digital UHF Wireless Handheld
The EW-D is Sennheiser's digital Evolution Wireless system. It replaces the compander of analogue systems with clean digital transmission, true diversity reception and automatic frequency management, so setup is fast and the audio stays consistent.
The set includes the handheld transmitter with an 835-S cardioid capsule, a stationary receiver and the associated power supply. Up to 90 channels can run in the same space, and the system uses a 56 MHz switching bandwidth.
It suits conferences, weddings, worship and live events where several radio mics need to coexist without constant retuning.
