Sennheiser e904 Dynamic Rim-Clip Microphone
The e904 is a compact cardioid dynamic microphone for toms and snare. Its rim clip grips the drum hoop, so no stand is needed and the mic stays in the same place between songs.
The short body keeps it out of the drummer's way, and the cardioid pattern rejects nearby cymbals and monitors. It is a practical choice for close-miking a kit on a small stage, and it packs into a small case with the rest of the drum mics.
