Access, power and parking in Southwell
Load-in and access
Southwell's Minster-side rooms and racecourse hospitality have different access. We plan each site separately, including the route from the vehicle to the room.
Power
Heritage rooms need discreet, quiet kit. We bring RCD-protected distro and cable and keep runs out of sight where possible.
Parking and travel
Race days and services make the centre busy. We arrange the drop-off with the venue and avoid blocking the approaches.
