Event Hire in Boston
Sound, lighting and furniture in one deliveryBoston venues include St Botolph's, the Guildhall, Blackfriars and hotels along the Haven, plus village halls across the Fens. Many are older buildings with narrow entries or stairs, so we check the route before the day. Sound for ceremonies, lighting for the room and furniture for the reception can arrive together.
Access, power and parking in Boston
Load-in and access
Many Boston venues sit in the town centre or along the Haven, and narrow entries and stairs are common. We confirm the route into the room before quoting the crew and kit.
Power
Fenland halls and marquees can be a long way from the supply. We bring cable and distro to suit the site, with RCD protection at the first point of use.
Parking and travel
Market-day traffic and the one-way system need extra time. We agree the drop-off with the venue and keep the unload short.
